 Welcome

to the laNRoc webDMS™ TryOut Website Development Tool.

 We have created a customization of the webDMS™ Website Development Tool based on the different login privileges. You can try adding as much content as you wish including basic paragraph formatting depending on your TryOut user login. 

 

User Privileges for Website Development
blocked user has no privileges related to the website
basic user can only see website content
dataEntry  can add content to all pages. Has limited access to the webDMS™ Website Application menu located at the top left just below the webDMS™ Main (dropdown) menu. Note: these menus are not visible when you preview a page.
 Supervisor  can add content to all pages. Can move pages within the website using the sitemap. Can delete pages from the website.
 Manager  same as Supervisor

 

 

What to Do Next ?

To try making changes to the sample site, log in with at least data entry privileges. However, we recommend you initially log in as a Manager to appreciate all the features of the webDMS™ Website Development Tool.

Once you've logged in make sure that you've selected webDMS™Website on the main menu and that you have selected Website from the Site menu. Now notice that there are unpublished paragraphs below this one that provide you with further guidance! Have Fun!
