dmsMail

Log in to the webDMS™ TryOut and use the sendMAIL button to communicate with a business colleague who is also logged in. Include external documents or pictures with your communications. These pictures and documents are automatically included in the webDMS™ library.

You can also retrieve documents and pictures that were sent to you in dmsMail to your own computer but to see them in the library, you must have the library included in your privileges. Remember you need to be logged in with privilege levels of dataEntryStaff or higher to try this feature.

webMAIL

is different from dmsMail. It only includes messages that are sent from your website through an online form. This allows you to place a specific individual in charge of screening all external mail and redistributing it to your appropriate personnel. This prevents members of your company from being bombarded by spam.
