webDMS™ TryOut

The purpose of webDMS™ Admin is to provide control over your companies data and business functions by allowing access to the data contained in the basic tables that comprise the dms. Customization is achieved by setting privilege levels on individual tables. This means a manager's access to your company's data can be quite different than that of a supervisor.

What to Do Next ?

After you log in to the webDMS™TryOut as a user with a privilege level of dataEntry or higher, use the webDMS™ dropdown located at the top left hand corner of the page to select webDMS™ Admin.

In the horizontal menu that appears, pay close attention to the dropdown menus and submenus that are available to you. This will help you to understand how webDMS™ can be highly customizable by providing full control over the views provided for different business personnel.

Navigate to some of the sections to discover how you can use the Admin to search, modify, analyze, and summarize your data.
