webDMS™

is our web or lan based data management system. It is divided into the following main sections :::

webDMS™Admin :: is the section where one completes a variety of administrational tasks such as deleting files or working with a user's personal information. The kinds of activities one can complete in webDMS™Admin are highly dependent on one's login privilege level (see Users).

webDMS™Calendar :: is the most basic form of our calendar. It can be visible on the web or it can be visible only with a proper login to your company's private web space.

webDMS™Planner :: is a much more sophisticated tool than the calendar. It can be used to set meetings, assign and track jobs, and to take notes and minutes. Planner content can be made to appear on the calendar or as a section on a web page.

webDMS™Website :: is used to modify the content and the appearance (to a degree) of your websites.

webDMS™Mail :: is a company mail system only available to users with a login ID

webMail:: allows inquiries through a form on your website. These can be targeted to a specific individual in your organization thereby eliminating spam as a general problem.
